Do you take insurance?

For other insurances, my services may be fully or partially reimbursable through Out of Network benefits. You can contact your insurance provider to verify the Out of Network coverage for your plan.
Pennsylvania & North Carolina
I am an Out of Network Provider only
What are your fees?
My fee is $150 for 50 min individual session.
Payment Methods
I accept all major debit/credit cards directly through the client portal. All payments are processed automatically after our appointment.
Cancellation policy
I maintain a cancellation policy of 24 hours. Any appointment canceled after 24 hours prior to scheduled time will be charged the full session rate.
Where are you located?
At this time, I am only providing online therapy services. I am currently offering online services in NJ, NY, NC, PA and VA. If you plan on being outside of NJ, NY, NC, PA or VA during a scheduled session, I ask that you reschedule for a time for when you return to NJ, NY, NC, PA or VA.
What is online therapy?
Online therapy, or tele-mental health is similar to in-person therapy with the exception of location. All sessions are conducted via a secure HIPAA compliant video conferencing. You get real-time help from the comfort of your home or office. No more time wasted traveling to and from appointments, finding parking, dealing with unexpected weather, or the challenges of mobility. Life has already given you enough to manage, why not make seeking help stress-free?
Is online therapy effective?
Research has shown online therapy is as effective as face to face therapy. You can get the same quality care in the convenience of your own space.
Do I need any special equipment for online therapy?
All you need is good internet, a comfortable and private space, a laptop, tablet, or smart phone. If you can stream Netflix, you’re probably set. It’s that simple!
How do I get started?
The first step is to schedule a free 20 min consultation with me. This will give us an opportunity to get to know one another, ask questions and learn about my style. Having a good connection with your therapist is one of the most important factors that determine therapeutic change, so I want to take the time to make sure you are comfortable.
After the initial consult, I will provide you access to my client portal with the ability for appointment scheduling and payments. You can go ahead and schedule your first appointment. All intake forms will be sent through the online portal. It is paperless, convenient, and secure.
During our first session, I’ll ask a lot of questions to get a clear sense of what your goals are, what’s been helpful to you before, and I’ll suggest ways we can work together to bring about the change you desire.
